The Trademark Agent Exam is likely to be held on January 04, 2025 and the Patent Agent Exam is likely to be held on January 5, 2025.

Canadian Trademark Fees Increasing in 2024

In particular, the government fee for filing a Canadian trademark application is increasing to $460 for the first class and $140 for each additional class (the current fees are $350 and $105, respectively).
