New York City Is Offering Loans And Grants To Small Businesses Affected By The Coronavirus

Remote Notarization Permitted in New York

On March 19, 2020, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo issued Executive Order 202.7, which temporarily suspends the rule requiring physical appearance before a notary. On August 5, 2020, Governor Cuomo issued Executive Order No. 202.55 which extended remote notarization to September 4, 2020.
