In the courts of talking to the reporter, I learned that there have been a couple more state supreme court cases since I last looked, including one, Cummins v. Goolsby , 255 So.3d 1257 (Miss. 2018), in which the court refused to follow the no-fault, man always gets the ring back rule, but only because he was still married to someone else when he gave her the ring.
