Second and Third drafts of the General-Purpose AI Code of Practice have been released

These were published on 19 December 2024 and 11 March 2025 respectively. Stakeholders could provide written feedback by 30 March 2025. The final version of the Code is expected by 2 May 2025. Providers must designate a point of contact for communication with affected rightsholders and enable them to lodge complaints.
