Using the trademark as an adjective and not as a noun or a verb. For example, referring to the trademark ‘Google’ as “Run a search on Google” rather than saying “Google it.”. Raising objections to the misuse of one’s trademark by way of sending cease and desist notices, initiating action for passing off or infringement, etc.
